Fisher Library<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Fisher Library is named after the formidable Miss Fisher, who was Headmistress from 1962-1973. Her portrait, by June Mendoza, hangs over the fireplace. Today, Fisher Library houses the Heritage Collection, comprised of books that have been at Wycombe Abbey since its inception, and the Amnesty International Collection. In addition, it contains our collection of adult fiction, ranging from classics to contemporary fiction. Fisher Library is also frequently used as an event space for talks, lectures and society meetings involving parents, pupils, and staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
