Butler House<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Butler House is one of the four Outhouses with the first two (Butler and Barry) being built in 1897. The second House to be built on Marlow Hill, it was given the colour orange and named after Henry Montague Butler. Butler was Head Master of Harrow for 26 years, then Master of Trinity College, Cambridge and was the first President of the School. Today Butler is thriving with around 50 pupils aged 12 to 17 in mixed aged dorms (Lower Sixth have their own study room). Their moto is \u201cBe Kind, Have Courage\u201d and with the colour orange girls are bold, bright, representing warmth, positivity and fun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
